About Adam
Professional athlete, competing for the national team in 2 sports (track and field, bobsleigh). A wealth of knowledge in sports, weightlifting, cardio, fitness, diet, and general health and wellness. In addition, I am a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, and recently completed a law degree at Thompson Rivers University.
