About Tre
My academic background has always been of the highest caliber, with writing divergent in topic and style (whether needed to be idiomatic or orotund). In high school I was the captain of the debate team and have a firm grasp on the art of persuasive essays. This was perfected in college where I majored in philosophy, became a private tutor, and now spend my time working as a substitute teacher, perform lighting and camera work for independent films and commercials after a stint in film school, and spend copious amounts of time reading classical literature. Over the years I have developed a 10 year background in tutoring in nearly all subjects, so feel free to contact me regarding reading or tutoring of a disparate nature.

My teaching method follows the Socratic method. I provide the student with enough of the range of issues or qualms to work through the issue himself, as I believe students are smart enough to solve academic problems. I believe the problem is that matter is an issue of "one size fits all" teaching and a lack of individualistic attention paid to students learning patterns. By communicating with the student, it becomes immediately apparent of the issue hindering the learning process, and working with and listening to the student would be my fist means regarding teaching structure.
