About Jacqueline
I am Jacqueline, 28 years old, and I live with my wife and our four cats in beautiful Zwolle.
During high school I already knew that I wanted to work in education, but exactly what this would look like took some time to figure out. Among other things, I followed the English teacher training course for five years before I had to stop due to fatigue.
This did not alter the fact that I still wanted to continue in education, but this time via a different route - I am currently training to be a teaching assistant, and I hope to be able to still make use of my love for English through Superprof.
In my spare time I like to play games, both on my PC and with friends in person. In addition, I like baking, LARP, making costumes, and I am currently learning Japanese through self-study.

I enjoy working either one-on-one, or with small groups of students to help them learn English in a way that is functional for them - be it basic, or more vocational. The question of what you need is central here, with a focus on effective communication.
Although I did not complete the English teacher training course, I did gain the necessary experience and skills there. I did pass the propaedeutic phase, and I am still following an education-oriented study, in addition, I had already obtained a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency before that time.
In terms of student, I am open to everything in terms of ages and level, the time can be discussed, but I tend to go with one hour per lesson. I also have some experience with learning disabilities, especially the autistic spectrum and AD(H)D.
