About Keith
I've been teaching music for almost twenty years, having also worked as a session musician on and off for a number of years. I've played on and engineered several commercial releases with different artists in Ireland and the UK. I hold an honours degree and a PhD in music. Most recently I have worked for SAE Institute as Dean for their Creative Media degrees in the UK and Europe.

At Foxwood Music School, I run three terms per year of structured lessons in acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, as well as music theory, songwriting, and music technology, all delivered as one-to-one lessons supported by worksheets and media to help you practise at home. I primarily work in popular music, but lesson content and pieces can be tailored to each student's individual learner path. Lessons are typically 30 minutes long, at £20 per single lesson. Any new students are invited for a free taster lesson before signing up, and a full term (12 weeks) costs £200.

Perfect! I had a great first lesson with Keith. His lesson was tailored to my ability/knowledge (as a 50 year old beginner) and he was so supportive throughout. He outlined how the rest of the term would progress based on my background but also made it clear that this would be flexible dependent on how I progressed.
