About Natasha

My name is Natasha Cavell. I studied a Biomedical Sciences BSc degree and a Translational Biomedical Research MPhil and am currently undergoing a PhD in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. I am Franco-British and completed my A level exams at the Lyçée Français Charles de Gaulle in London. I am looking to teach French up to A level standards in reading, writing and speaking.

About the lesson

I use a student-based approached tailored to individual needs. I have experience with the French GCSE and A level exam curriculums and, therefore can work towards exams or simply teach for leisure, depending on the circumstances. I make my lessons interactive and engaging working towards goals, assigning homework and providing critical feedback.

Perfect! First session was very useful. Natasha worked with Tom to identify the areas in which he needed help. Hopefully the next lessons will focus on the improving his oral skills and translation techniques.

It was great meeting Tom, we discussed areas of improvement and goals to work towards to for his upcoming French exam. Next session will involve a 2min IRP presentation from Tom with corrections and feedback followed by questions.
