About Octave
I’ve always loved to share my understanding of science with others. Whether it was through assisting classmates, giving helping lessons to young students or presenting scientific subjects to an uninitiated audience.
I have a master’s degree of Engineering, a 2-year professional experience as a data scientist, and always had great interests in science related subjects.

My teaching is based on 3 beliefs:
1. Tutor-Student communication is key: I want to adapt my approach to the student sensitivity, knowledge and ideas
2. Leaning is about understanding: practice and theory come hand in hand to create continuity with knowledge so that new concepts are truly assimilated
3. Getting it wrong is fine: making mistakes is not a shame but essential to readjust and secure knowledge
