Bonjour! My name is Eva, I'm French and I am passionate about teaching languages. I am currently completing a Master’s in Language Teaching. Over the past few years, I have taught French and English to students of different ages and backgrounds, both in Canada and abroad. Teaching is more than just my job — it’s something I truly enjoy. I love helping students gain confidence in French, whether it’s for studies, work, travel, or personal goals. My lessons are interactive, encouraging, and tailored to your needs, so you can make real progress while enjoying the process. I understand the challenges of learning a new language because I have been through it myself. That’s why I am patient, supportive, and always ready to adapt my methods to what works best for you. About the lesson

I believe that learning a language should be interactive, engaging, and adapted to each student’s needs. I use a communicative approach, which means we focus on real-life situations, conversations, and practical usage of French. I integrate a variety of resources such as videos, songs, articles, and role plays to make lessons dynamic and enjoyable. Each lesson starts with a short warm-up activity (review of vocabulary or a mini conversation) to get you speaking right away. Then, we move on to the main objective of the lesson (e.g., grammar point, vocabulary theme, or communication skill). I combine explanations with practice through interactive exercises. We always finish with a speaking activity where you apply what you learned in a real-life context. I adapt my lessons to each student’s goals—whether you want to improve conversational skills, prepare for an exam, or use French in a professional setting. My experience teaching different age groups (children, teenagers, and adults) in France, Canada, and abroad has given me strong intercultural and pedagogical skills. Most importantly, I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing from them. My lessons are tailored for all levels: beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
