About Mya
I am a McMaster University alumna with an interdisciplinary academic background in both science and the humanities.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in life sciences, with a focus on human nutrition and geography, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French literature, where I studied works ranging from the 16th century to contemporary Goncourt selections.
With over 8 years of tutoring experience in math, French, and English, I have developed a strong ability to adapt my teaching to different learning styles and academic levels. I focus on providing clear explanations, building confidence, and strengthening communication skills.
I cater to students of all levels and emphasize authentic, spoken French, helping learners develop skills that are directly applicable in real-life situations!
