About Flora
I am a native Mandarin speaker from Taiwan and I teach Traditional Chinese to teens and adults. I have experience teaching one-on-one online lessons for students with different levels and learning goals. I enjoy helping students improve their speaking and listening through practical conversation, while also supporting vocabulary, reading, and grammar when needed. I like creating a comfortable class environment where students can speak naturally, ask questions, and learn at their own pace.

I usually start with the student’s daily life, interests, or recent experiences, and build new vocabulary, sentence patterns, and grammar from the conversation. Lessons are adjusted based on the student’s level and how they feel that day. My goal is to help students use Chinese naturally and feel more comfortable speaking in real-life situations.
