I studied the Cordon Bleu in Switzerland, the Culinary Degree in Ambrosia, Mexico City, also many cooking clases in Gato Dumas, Argentina, in The Natural Gourmet Institute and the Open Center in New York. I owned a Vegan Restaurant with my sister in Mexico City, Coco & Chía. I’ve worked in many amazing restaurants, and I also have tv experience, healthy cooking classes in Vive en Equilibrio, a Mexican tv show.
