About Kiah
I have been a fully qualified Personal trainer for over 15 years and specialise in ladies strength training and body sculpting. My approach combines body mind techniques such as visualisation, energy meditation, HeartMath and mindfulness. I also offer plant based food coaching and weight loss/raw food mentoring.
