About Aedan

I've been teaching for almost 20 years. Currently I have between 15-20 private students a week.

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to fit you, whether you want to learn for your own enjoyment, or if you want to become a performing harp player. I original come from a background in classical piano and music theory, and then picked up the Celtic harp, studying harp in both the US and Ireland. Learning to read music as well as learning by ear (the traditional Irish way to learn), music theory, improvisation, rhythm, dynamics, and feeling the music are are integrated into lessons.
