With a background in comedy, music, and mindful coaching, I keep things engaging, lively, and real, offering practical self-care tools that truly make a difference.

*This class is designed to help you find clarity, feel calm, reduce stress, and improve your overall wellbeing using alternative, conscious and strategic unique Life Coaching tools and exercises.*
