About Yogi Shashank
I approach yoga teaching with sincerity, discipline, and a deep respect for its traditional roots. My goal is to create a space where every student feels safe, supported, and confident in their practice—regardless of their level or experience.
I have been trained to teach with a strong focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Each session is carefully structured to ensure a balanced practice that promotes physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, while minimizing the risk of injury. I continuously observe and guide students, offering clear instructions and personalized adjustments when needed.
