I start by asking the student what are the points that he didn't understand, i read and complet with him every part of lesson so i can be sure that he gets every point of it, i try to give exemples from real life during the explanation of the lesson. And then i pick specific exercices cause i know exactly what type of exercices my students need, and then gradually i increase their difficulty. I seek quality and quantity.
