Want to learn how to play the Violin for fun? No worries! All it takes is a fun and flexible lesson to get you started!
Hello, I'm Thaddeus, I enjoy playing music on the Violin and Viola. I am highly flexible as a teacher, and am more than happy to explore various means of making music with you. If you have any particular tunes you would like to play on the Violin/Viola, feel free to bring them up in lessons. It doesn't have to be strictly Classical. I'll happily explore playing and discussing them with you.
Music making is one of the most joyful things you can do to preoccupy your time. Not only is it fun and rewarding, you just might find yourself getting to play music with other like-minded individuals in the years to come.
Learning how to play the violin/viola is more than just coming to class and learning the notes. It's also about learning how to be a great team player, and having a platform to express and explore your musical ideas.

I am a firm believer of a holistic way of teaching music, with a high tendency to focus on postural comfort. I gladly welcome students of various progresses and have quite the resources to help with effective learning (Watson Forbes, Kreutzer, Carl Flesh, Simon Fischer, Sevcik). Lessons are highly adjustable according to student needs. Active performer with 2 years of experience teaching.
Lessons can be in-between 30 min to 1 hour (Student choice), covering a range of musical topics. If you are aiming for a Grade Exam, lesson plan will be adjusted a scale up for adequate preparation.
