About Alyssa
I am currently a student enrolled in highschool and have been assisting my friends and family in school for over 4 years in various subjects such as math and english. I work to help anyone with the subjects they need so that they can get a better grasp of the subject they are learning and hopefully improve their grades.

My teaching method is explaining topics in various ways in order to help the student understand what is being viewed in a different light. I am very patient and my goal is to help the student get to a place where they can do the work on their own without assistance, while understanding what they are doing and why. I try to help the student to not need my help while still being there for assistance, and allowing them to use me as a stepping tone rather than a crutch.
