About Louise
I’m a final year music student, with Grade 8 ABRSM music theory and an Associates Diploma from the Royal Schools of Music in tuba.
I really enjoy music theory, but know how hard some of the early grades can be. I want to help people understand music better and help with some of the tricks I’ve picked up in the years I’ve been learning, as well as link music theory and practical music together.
I’m also experienced in arranging, orchestration and composing and would love to provide teaching in these areas. Arranging music is a lot of fun and a great skill that I want to share with other people to help them find their own writing styles.

I’m open to all levels of prior music theory knowledge, and I want to work with you on finding a teaching style that helps you learn! Music theory can and should be a fun experience, and help you grow as a musician, not just be a requirement for your ABRSM grades, so learning will always be a great experience!
