About Jules
The music industry and songwriting world is whatever you make of it. It is constantly evolving, changing, and you have to learn how to change with it! With a degree from Belmont University in songwriting and music business, over 100,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, just about 100,000 followers on TikTok, and multiple cuts with major label artists, I have the tools to teach you whatever you need to know, weather it's how to write a song in your bedroom or how to write a song that you could sing in an arena. I grew up in LA and currently live there as well, but spent four years in Nashville, so I know the two biggest music cities in the US like the back of my hand. I spend 4 days a week in sessions writing for my artist project or for other artists, and have experience writing in all genres.

With a 4-year degree in songwriting, I'll teach you everything you need to know to start writing your best and most truthful songs. You'll learn song structure, chord progressions, lyric writing exercises, bending genre, prosody, melody writing and everything in between. My lessons are for any kind of writer, no matter your age and whether you enjoy songwriting as a hobby or want to pursue a career in it. With my extensive background and minor in music business, I can also teach you the ins and outs of the music industry, networking tips, co-writing etiquette, and more.
