About Raisa
During my time as a co-teacher and as a learning assistant, I was given praise, both written and verbal, for my abilities to effectively communicate and teach chemistry concepts. Additionally, my former students have appreciated my non-judgmental approach to teaching which allowed them the freedom to ask any question of any level. My lessons are tailored towards high school students and college students. For my classes, I will usually work with a student to discover their weak points and build a lesson plan tailored to their needs. Both my experience and high marks as a co-teacher in during high school and my experience as a learning assistant during my college years has given me enough experience to tutor students in chemistry.
