About Mary Yvony

I'm Mary Yvony Tanaleon, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with experience teaching Science to junior and senior high school students. I am passionate about helping learners understand scientific concepts through clear explanations, interactive lessons, and real-life applications. I specialize in General Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Science for elementary, junior high school, and senior high school students. About the lesson

I believe that every student can succeed in Science when lessons are engaging, interactive, and connected to real-life experiences. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students achieve higher grades but also to develop their curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
My teaching approach is student-centered and inquiry-based. I simplify complex scientific concepts by breaking them down into manageable steps using everyday examples, visual presentations, diagrams, simulations, and guided discussions.

What makes me different is my patience, enthusiasm, and ability to make Science enjoyable and easy to understand. As a licensed professional teacher with classroom experience, I know how to adapt my teaching style to different learning abilities and paces.
My lessons are designed for elementary, junior high school, and senior high school students who need support in General Science, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Physics.
