About Sapana
Call me Sapana.
I studied nursing in Asia and came to Australia to understand global picture of health care. It has been an amazing journey of exploring different aspect of nursing and models of nursing. I have been enjoying working as a RN in age care sector, understanding ACFI, needs of customers and family members.Similarly, I have worked in rural and city hospital which gave me insight on working with limited resources, time management and task prioritisation.

As a RN from culturally diverse background, I bring strong foundation in nursing that are guided by standards of nursing practices to deliver best quality care for individual patient and always strive for excellence in personal and professional life. My goals are to work along with multidisciplinary team, respect everyone, take criticism in positive way and follow CORE values in nursing. Having done many rural placement and jobs I have indepth knowledge on health care system, patient safety and needs. Also, I have better experience in cardiothoracic, short stay surgical, geriatric and general medicine and I am passionate to spread this knowledge gained throughout these years of nursing. I am open to new learning and enjoy being a nurse!
