About Madhureeta
I am a graduate student pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry at UBC. I completed my bachelors and masters in Chemistry at I.I.T. Kharagpur(India) and obtained the first rank in the department. I am a Teaching assistant in the Chemistry Department at UBC supervising first-year undergraduate students.

I like to prepare my lessons based on the students' knowledge instead of general lessons for everyone. I would help them understand the concepts and prepare assignments and tests for them if necessary for more practice. I believe in inquiry based learning i.e. helping students obtain the solutions by asking them questions which would help them answer the problem instead of giving away the answer.
