Academic writing requires a lot of time, practice and feedback. Feedback gives you an opportunity to gain an outside perspective on your work and can identify issues you may not notice yourself. Receiving feedback can help with structure and flow of your work.
One of our best! High-quality profile, qualifications verified and responds during the day. Hillary will plan your first lesson with care.
I am a graduate student in the department of anthropology at UWO. I have worked as a teaching assistant, providing students with help on their papers, grading assignments and exams. This experience will help you improve your paper as I know what your instructors are looking for.
My name is Hillary Kiazyk and I am a teaching and research assistant at UWO. I grade papers and mark exams while also providing students with feedback and help. If you are looking to improve your essay writing or need help studying for an exam in the humanities I can help you get that extra edge!
My tutoring is intended for students in University level classes however I can also help with high school and grade school students. I have previously been a teaching assistant for Grade 10 History and Grade 10 Civics and Careers but I am qualified to help with any arts and humanities course or basic essay writing. I have also assisted students that are ELL or ESL with essay writing.
I prefer to work with drafts of papers or projects where I can have a chance to look at your style. If you do not have a draft of a current project a previous writing sample will be sufficient. If you are starting from scratch I can help by going over the assignment guidelines with you and assisting with the preparation of your outline and introduction.
Academic writing can feel very challenging but with the correct help and good techniques anyone can write well!

Wonderful tutor and very helpful!
Hillary is a fantastic teacher! Always prepared and very organized. Would highly recommend!
Hillary is completing her masters degree at Western University this spring and is well qualified in the field of anthropology. One of the her experiences that I found fascinating was her work with 3D printing of fragile artifacts so the originals could be securely stored' and the copies could be available for studies. Hillaryi is a hard working, knowledgeable, congenial person; you would do well to seek her services.
Her ways of teaching is very professional, and is also very neat. She always checks out the mistakes I have made in my sentences, and helps me to fix it. My English marks has improved very much after she started to tutor me in these past three months. She even checks my work after the tutoring and gives the feed backs which is really helpful. If you are needing help with your gramers and essays works, I totally will recommend you to take her session.
Hillary has helped me with numerous essays and assignments, proving herself to be very easy to work with and someone who can help you understand anything you need help with! I can personally recommend that she is one of the best tutors you can find!
Hillary is very intelligent, intuitive and caring. She will tailor a student's experience to what they need. She has a very good manner and rapport with people. She loves to teach and help people understand concepts.
