About Mashela
I am a graduate looking to tutor Mathematics because I love helping. What I don't understand someone else understands and what someone doesn't understand I may understand. I am a ProMaths alumni, I have been exposed to different teaching styles and I am confident enough that what I learnt, the knowledge I have acquired, I can pass on the knowledge to the next person.

My teaching method is do it as many times you can,because repetition is key to memorizing. The more you do something,the easier it becomes to understand. Don't beat yourself up when you don't understand and always ask for help where needed.
Practice makes perfect, and Mathematics is one subject that requires a lot of nurturing and practicing just so you can get a hang of it.
I also encourage a growth mindset because a growth mindset says "I may not know how to do it, but I can learn how to do it".
Giving real life examples also helps because it is easier to understand something that you can relate to.
