I am a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Batangas with 17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in production, quality, process improvement, and employee training, helping individuals and organizations improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
I am passionate about teaching and enjoy sharing practical knowledge based on real industry experience. I specialize in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, the 7 QC Tools, and other process improvement techniques. My goal is to help students, professionals, and companies gain the knowledge and confidence to solve workplace challenges and achieve continuous improvement. I believe learning is most effective when complex concepts are explained in a simple, practical, and engaging way, supported by real-world examples and hands-on exercises.

Whether you are preparing for a career in manufacturing, looking to improve your engineering skills, or seeking guidance on Continuous Improvement tools, I am committed to helping you achieve your learning goals.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is to make learning practical, engaging, and easy to understand. With 17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I focus on sharing not only the concepts but also real-life applications that learners can immediately apply in their workplace.
I begin by assessing the learner's current knowledge and objectives, then tailor each session to their experience level and learning pace. I encourage learners to ask questions, participate in problem-solving activities, and work through practical exercises. My goal is not just to help students understand the theory but to build their confidence in applying Continuous Improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and the 7 QC Tools to solve real workplace challenges.
