About Anqi
I graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a Master degree of Information System Management, during when I have experience building complex machine learning model with Python. After graduation, I started as a quant at insurance company, but shortly after, I found software engineering is more of my interest. It took me 3 months in total from preparing for build my portfolio for software engineering to received 2 offers from big firms. I have been a full-time software engineer for more than 8 months. I have a lot to tell about how to self-prepare for a career transition to software engineering and understand code in a mathematical and story-telling way.
