About Amy
Dear Future Students,
My name is [Laiba bibi], and I am passionate about tennis and badminton and helping others develop their skills. I want to become a tutor because I enjoy supporting people, sharing what I know and seeing students become more confident as they improve.
As a tutor, I want to create a welcoming and professional environment where every student feels comfortable learning. I understand that everyone starts at a different level, so I will never expect a student to be perfect straight away. Instead, I will work with you at a suitable pace and help you build your skills through practice, encouragement and constructive feedback.
I am confident in my ability to support students because I take teaching seriously. I prepare for lessons, communicate clearly and make sure activities have a purpose. I will also listen to your goals and adapt lessons when necessary so that your individual needs are taken into consideration.
I understand that choosing a tutor requires trust. That is why I aim to establish my professionalism from the beginning. I will be punctual, organised, respectful and prepared for every lesson. I will maintain appropriate boundaries with students and make sure that lessons take place in a safe and respectful environment.
My aim is not simply to teach you how to play tennis or badminton. I want to help you develop confidence, discipline, coordination and a positive attitude towards learning. I want you to leave each lesson feeling that you have learnt something new and are one step closer to achieving your goals.
I believe that a good tutor should be patient, reliable and encouraging, while also being confident enough to challenge students when they are ready to progress. These are the qualities I want to bring to every lesson.
I look forward to helping future students discover their abilities, improve their sporting skills and become more confident in themselves.

Dear Future Students,
I believe that learning tennis or badminton should be enjoyable, encouraging and suited to each individual student. My personal approach to tutoring is based on helping students build their skills step by step while becoming more confident in their abilities.
When I teach, I first look at the student's current level, strengths and areas that need improvement. I then adapt my lessons to suit their needs rather than using exactly the same approach with everyone. I use demonstrations, clear explanations and practical activities so that students can understand what they are doing and why they are doing it.
My techniques include practising basic strokes, footwork, serving, positioning, movement and hand-eye coordination. I also use repetition drills to help students develop consistency, followed by more realistic rallies and game situations so they can apply the skills they have learnt. For badminton, I can focus on techniques such as the forehand and backhand, serving, clears, drops and court movement. For tennis, I can work on groundstrokes, serving, volleys, footwork and positioning.
My teaching methodology is based on demonstrate, practise, give feedback and improve. I believe mistakes are a normal part of learning, so I give positive and constructive feedback rather than making students feel discouraged. I also set small goals throughout the lesson so students can see their progress and feel motivated.
A typical lesson would last around 60 minutes. I would usually begin with a short warm-up, followed by technique practice and drills. The second part of the lesson would involve applying those skills through rallies, challenges or game-based activities. I would finish by reviewing what the student has improved on and what they can practise before the next lesson.
My experience as a tutor has helped me understand the importance of patience, communication and adapting to different learning styles. [Add your specific tutoring experience here, for example: how long you have tutored, who you have taught and what skills you have helped them develop.] I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because my aim is not only to teach sporting techniques but also to help students become more confident players.
Whether you are completely new to tennis or badminton or already have some experience, I would aim to make every lesson useful, enjoyable and personalised to you. With regular practice, patience and the right guidance, I believe every student can develop their skills and enjoy the sport more. These lessons are for kids between the age 5-12
