About Val
At the moment I work in the health service in Dublin and have over the last few years decided I would like to add to my career. For me, coaching is a passion and I love working with clients to get them to achieve their goals. In my role, I am there not to judge but to listen and ask questions that will allow you to get the answers to move forward and achieve your goals.

1st session is free and this is an opportunity to meet with me either virtually or in person. At the session, I will give you my definition of coaching and outline how sessions are run. You as the client are always in control and we move at your pace. Everything that is said is confidential. As the client, you set the goals. We will only schedule more sessions if you are happy to move forward.
