About Laura

I am an Italian young woman who as been studying foreign languages for 6 years now. I speak Italian as well as Sicilian (the dialect of region, Sicily), English, French, I can have an elementary conversation in Japanese, I can read and write in Greek.

I worked in Dublin as a Tutor for Italian language, in my university as a Tutor for Japanese language and I'm currently giving English and Italian classes online and in presence.

About the lesson

I have been the Japanese tutor in my university for about one year, I have experience about teaching Italian both to adults and to young people. I'm currently giving English classes to both adults and young students as well as Italian classes to adults.

Presentations (power point or Canva) are used in order to present the topics of the classes. The student will be active and will have to build the class together with me. My objective is to make the student speak more than me during a class. We will choose together how to learn (videos? audios? newspaper articles? songs or movies?). Grammar books will be provided by me.
Learning a language is not just about grammar, culture, geography, history and food are also important and a good way to learn.

I suggest to do 2 hours class but depending on the topic 1 hour class could be enough.
