I graduated from Newport School of Arts with a BA (Hons) Interactive Arts and went onto work in the IT industry. I then moved into teaching two years ago, providing one-to-one support for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
I am currently teaching Maths up to GCSE level in FE as well as working one-to-one with GCSE English students. I have supported my students to succeed in their examinations and progress onto further study or employment.
My approach to tuition is to identify students' specific needs and use that information to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence. I also like to encourage students to become independent learners, rather than become overly dependent on tuition.
