My teaching methodology completely relies on the fact that it becomes easier for students to read or learn anything if they know the relevance of that particular subject or topic in their day to day life.
So, I always focus on allowing them to understand the subject/topic first, then shift their mind to develop techniques to understand and learn that particular topic.
