About Sarah
I have worked in the education sector for several years working in both mainstream classrooms as well as with learners with additional needs. I pride myself on my ability to connect with the students that I work with, making them feel at ease so that they enjoy their one-on-one time with me, and ensuring that they feel confident in my abilities to help them achieve their learning goals. I enjoy working with all types of learners and feel a real sense of accomplishment when helping and educating others.

I tailor my lessons to the individual needs of my students. I conduct pre-tests to identify potential difficulties and address any misconceptions before beginning a unit of work. I have my students complete chapter reviews to consolidate their knowledge and identify any areas of weakness to revise and sharpen as they progress through a unit of work. I continuously adapt my methodology to cater to my students’ strengths and weakness as they evolve as learners.
