About Bob
There are many reasons why I feel that I can help those navigating grief, primarily because I have experienced the trauma of losing a very special person in my life and have navigated that loss and living a fulfilling life today. The wisest advice I received was, "Give yourself permission to grieve." We do not do that very often in our culture. We are expected to get on with life and move on after we lose a loved one. If it were only that easy, but it can be done.

After the death of my wife of more than 37 years I realized the depths and pain of loss like never before. I have been there and now desire to help others navigate the pain of death and the ensuing grief that accompanies it.
