Hello, I'm Talhia!

I'm a passionate and certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping you discover the transformative power of yoga. With over 10 years of practice and 7 years as a teacher, I'm committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for your yoga practice.

My Yoga Journey:
At 14, yoga began as a physical practice, but over the years, it evolved into a profound healing journey. It taught me resilience in the face of adversity, the importance of mindfulness in everyday life, and the boundless potential of the human spirit. Through consistent practice and study, I've experienced the endless physical and mental benefits of yoga, which have inspired me to share this practice with others.

Teaching Philosophy:
Honed through years of instructing diverse students around the world, emphasizes the universality of yoga. As I transition into online sessions, I bring this rich experience to create a virtual space that transcends physical boundaries. Regardless of location or background, I believe that yoga is for everybody, my classes are tailored to accommodate all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
