About Sharon
Graduating with a Master of Music in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music gave me a solid technical foundation. This credential supports my 13 years of experience as a full-time musician and teacher.
My work centers on absolute beginners who are just picking up their first instrument. Kids and teens often find my calm presence helpful when tackling difficult concepts.
I focus on the music itself to ensure students see clear progress. Being a concept-first instructor means we address the logic behind the notes before moving forward.
The goal is to keep things practical rather than purely theoretical. I find that this direct style works well for younger players. It just works.
