About Joel
I am a career musician with 25+ years of playing experience. I performed my first paid gig at 14 (back in 2004!) and taught my first lesson in 2006. I have extensive live, T.V, radio, studio, and large concert experience.
I am as well a music producer and singer/songwriter. I have produced many songs for the Canadian/US/European independent radio for dozens of independent artists. I use a combination of all my skills to coach, teach, and get you to the next level.

Learn guitar from one of Calgary's best music teachers. I am an experienced, career musician who specializes in fully customized lessons for the student's interests. We can learn music theory, learn the practical "Rock & Roll" method, or combine the two! I have been teaching and performing music professionally since 2006. Better yet - I come to you! No need to drive anywhere. Perfect for busy people and busy families.
I will teach you the real-life musical tools I use live and in studio. I teach all ages and abilities. If you are tired of teachers pushing lessons that are dry, not engaging or not tailored to your interests, give my lessons a try. I will keep you or your child (or both!) fully engaged and wanting to play music.
