About Aaron
Do you ever feel like your fingers just will not cooperate with the rhythm you hear in your head? Most guitarists struggle with electric technique or clean chord transitions until they find the right mechanical adjustment. I use my background in music pedagogy to break down scales, modes, and soloing into manageable, logical pieces. We can shift between strumming patterns and advanced improvisation based on your specific curiosity that day.
I provide a monthly recorded review of progress so you can visually and audibly track your improvement. This helps us ensure that your practice remains intentional and productive. I look forward to hearing your unique sound emerge as we refine your playing.

The air in my studio often smells like old wood and fresh coffee as I set up for a session with a working professional. My teaching journey has seen me work with 259 students, ranging from energetic kids to adults seeking a creative outlet.
I lean on my BM Music Education degree from U of T to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language. My personal narrative involves helping people find their footing through music while maintaining a neurodivergent-affirming space. It is a privilege to witness the quiet focus of a student finally mastering a difficult chord transition. I enjoy the process of watching your musical identity bloom over time.
