About Kara
My passion for guitar began through a fascination with rhythm, melody, and musical creativity. This interest inspired me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Studies and dedicate myself to teaching. Over the last 6 years, I have worked with students of different ages and musical backgrounds.
I believe successful teaching requires patience, adaptability, and clear communication. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand music while developing practical guitar skills they can use confidently. I enjoy supporting learners as they overcome challenges and achieve new milestones.
Outside teaching, I continue performing, composing music, and exploring different genres. These experiences enrich my lessons and help me bring real-world perspectives into learning. Helping students grow into capable and confident guitarists remains one of the most fulfilling parts of my career.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students build strong foundations while enjoying the process of making music. We work on chord fluency, rhythm control, strumming patterns, picking techniques, fretboard understanding, and timing through engaging exercises and practical examples. Every lesson is structured to encourage confidence and steady progress.
As students develop their skills, we explore fingerstyle methods, improvisation, lead guitar playing, tone development, ear training, and songwriting concepts. Lessons are tailored to match personal interests and learning goals, ensuring that every learner receives meaningful support. Guided practice helps students improve while staying motivated.
I believe guitar learning should balance discipline with creativity. My goal is to help students become confident musicians who can continue exploring music independently. Every lesson encourages growth, enjoyment, and long-term musical development.
