About Elena

Certified yoga teacher at the Hamsa Yoga school in Milan (Pranayoga method) by Maurizio Morelli (recognized by CSEN / CONI). Prenatal and postpartum Yoga teacher certified at the Samadhi school in Florence (Anukalana Method) by Jacopo Ceccarelli and recognized by Yoga Alliance. Teacher of English and Spanish language, holistic and passionate chef of traditional Chinese medicine and macrobiotic and natural cuisine. Study to become a holistic nutritional operator at Sana Gola in Milan and I continue to train and deepen the study of yoga and ayurveda in Italy and abroad.

About the lesson

To find balance, concentration and psycho-physical well-being. To learn to listen to your body and breathe properly. To travel inside yourself, discover yourself and rediscover yourself. To find serenity and lightness but also flexibility and body tone through asanas, pranayamas, mudras and mantra. In pregnancy, to develop that strength, both physical and mental, and that self-awareness, necessary to face delivery in the best way. To give the expectant mother the ability to listen to herself and listen to her child and prepare the body, mind and spirit for the fantastic adventure to come. Soft and gentle approach, based on listening to the breath and respectful of one's body and one's limits. Diversified and personalized single or group classes, carefully sewn on the starting level of the practitioner and on his psycho-physical state. It starts with a little moment of relaxation, aimed at finding centering and tranquility. It continues with some preparation exercises and the actual practice. Finally, you can relax to fully absorb the benefits produced by the practice. The lessons are always different, innovative, stimulating and effective. They can also be conducted in English or Spanish.
