About Alex

I am a meditation practitioner specializing in mindfulness, mantra meditation and sound healing. I’ve been doing that for over 20 years! I’m also a life-long musician. I specialize in percussion but I sing and play keys as well. I’ve traveled the world 3 times and love to meet new people!

My teaching method is based on the authentic meditation techniques used in India. I give step by step techniques for calming the mind. Followed by a guided mantra meditation. I’ve worked with thousands of people all over the world and that helps me connect with students easily and naturally.
