About Marine
After working in project management, I became a yoga and meditation teacher. Since a stay in Nepal where I obtained a Hatha and Ashtanga yoga diploma recognized by Yoga Alliance. I got to know the practice of yoga in China 6 years ago. For three years, I have been practicing yoga daily thanks to this discipline, I am centered on my own truth and the desire to share. The benefits on the mind and the opening of the soul.

Hatha yoga is a discipline focused on the practice of long and deep postures in order to open and realign the body with its mind. We observe an approach of relaxation and a little more intense effort thanks to the breathing and the holding of the postures.
Yin Yoga is a gentler discipline, we allow you to let go and break down blockages. We go through meditation, the 10min letting go of sacred chants. In order to go back to its source with some gentle postures to end with a mindfulness meditation.
I also organize 45min mindfulness meditation sessions with breathing techniques (pranayama) and releasing sushumna energy. Help control your mind, and overcome anxiety, depression and fears.
