My approach to the subject is structured in the discipline of Yoga, therefore a first knowledge of what Yoga is, the history, the principles, the functions ... All this combined with the frontal lessons of practice of breathing, of positions and of the last 15 minutes dedicated to a relaxing meditation.

Lara è una prof. straordinaria. Le sue lezioni sono un vero e proprio concentrato culturale ed hanno una dinamicità fantastica. È capace in poco tempo di farti immergere nel mondo linguistico portoghese in particolar modo quello brasiliano, comprendendo l’esigenza culturale e quindi poi soprattutto umana di chi si trova di fronte.
