I am a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and sound healing student. I have also worked strongly in admin and communication roles. I have worked in both studios and also with clients one on one. I would like to incorporate it all to work with people in order to achieve their goal.

I base my classes on connecting the mind, body and spirit. I believe that with yoga we move with our breath and in order to flow smoothly on the mat and our life we need to calm the mind. I believe everyone has different needs and adapt to the individual.
