About Irene
"Singing lessons feel like a conversation between your body and the room. I focus on vocal health and breathing as the foundation of every note. We work on sight singing and tone to build your technical range.
You will receive homework vocal drills assigned after every session to stay on track. My training from Concordia helps me explain resonance in simple terms. I keep the work focused and clear. I promise to support you as you develop your unique vocal identity."

"Sometimes I admit that I love the spotlight just as much as my students do. It is why I started teaching singing after a long career in the Montreal folk scene. I enjoy working with working professionals who need to command a room. Absolute beginners often find my studio a safe place to experiment with head and chest voice.
Advanced learners come to me for help with breathing control and resonance. We spend time on microphone technique and how to keep your vocal health in check. I find that building performance confidence is a process of honesty.
I want you to feel secure while holding a melody. Let us find your natural sound together."
