I have achieved distinction * ( highest grade) in btec sports level 2 gcse qualification and i have achieved 6 in dance gcse qualification. I love to engage with people and help them feel the same way that i feel every time i exercise.

I will ask questions to my students on what areas they will need help in for example if they need help in losing weight i would help them make a workout and diet plan. i will provide the specific guidelines and information required. I will base my first lesson on getting to know my students and with a little warm up and then i will individually focus on meeting the goals they want to achieve.
