I am dedicated and will work alongside you the whole way. Yoga is a practice that goes beyond flexibilty and yoga pants. I want to bring a yoga culture that is inclusive beyond the designer wear and the slim body. To me this practice is one where tou come back to yourself as a practice of self love.
