About Nicole

A Certified Life Coach, and Retreat Curator with over 10 years of experience in coaching, I'm passionate about empowering Everyday Woman harness their inherent strengths and cultivate Emotional Intelligence through Midlife so they can live fabulously free lives.

Motherhood and my life experiences, ranging from my roots in Normandy, France, to my entrepreneurial journey in the United States, have instilled in me a profound understanding of the transformative power of self-care and emotional intelligence.

Through meticulously crafted coaching programs and retreats, I guide women toward achieving optimal balance and fulfillment.

By nurturing self-compassion and fostering resilience, I empower my clients to navigate Midlife challenges with grace and confidence.

My passion lies in igniting the inner potential of others and encouraging them to embrace their unique gifts and sensitivities.

My coaching services are tailored specifically to your unique needs, ensuring that each coaching relationship is distinct. Depending on your individual coaching objectives, we collaborate to:

*Clarify your vision for personal and professional fulfillment.
*Identify your core values, strengths, and priorities to effectively leverage and honor them in both personal and professional spheres.
*Cultivate a personalized self-care regimen to optimize your well-being and facilitate goal attainment.
*Address and navigate any obstacles such as fear, doubt, worry, or guilt that may impede progress.
*Implement strategies for effective time management, energy management, and stress management.
*Challenge and reframe negative perspectives, patterns, or outdated thought processes hindering your growth.
*Break down your aspirations into manageable, actionable steps, ensuring they are both ambitious and attainable.
*Determine the most effective methods to motivate you and maintain accountability towards your goals.

In my coaching practice, sessions are scheduled according to your convenience, typically occurring once every week for new clients. Each 45-minute session includes comprehensive notes, and assigned tasks.
