I am a Life Coach and Self Empowerment Coach dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and purpose.

My journey into coaching was not born from textbooks — it was born from experience. Having navigated anxiety, emotional challenges, career confusion, physical setbacks, and deep inner rebuilding, I understand what it truly means to feel lost… and then find yourself again.Self Empowerment, for me, is not about motivation alone.
It is about alignment.Alignment between your thoughts, emotions, values, and actions.Through structured conversations, deep listening, value-based reflection, and practical tools, I help individuals:

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My work lies at the intersection of life skills, emotional well-being, and structured living. I focus on helping individuals build self-awareness, develop essential soft skills, and create simple systems that bring clarity and stability into their daily lives.
    My interest in this field developed from my own life experiences. There was a time when I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and directionless, largely because I lacked the tools to understand and manage my thoughts and emotions. Over time, through consistent inner work, spiritual practices, learning, and professional training, I began to understand the importance of emotional balance and structured living.
    What started as a personal healing journey gradually became a professional path. I realized that these are not just personal struggles, but something many people go through silently. That insight inspired me to share what I’ve learned in a more structured and accessible way, so others can build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    There was a phase in my life when I deeply needed guidance, but I didn’t have anyone to teach me these essential life skills. I had to learn everything through experience, often the hard way. That journey shaped me. Today, my motivation to teach comes from a genuine desire to ensure that others don’t have to struggle in the same way. If I can make someone’s path a little clearer, a little easier, it feels meaningful.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work focuses on building self-awareness, soft skills, and structured systems in people’s lives. When individuals develop these, they become more independent, emotionally balanced, and capable of making thoughtful decisions. This reduces unhealthy dependency and creates more responsible, self-reliant individuals, which ultimately contributes to a more stable and aware society.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a major inspiration for me. His work in spreading awareness, inner peace, and practical wisdom has impacted millions of lives. What I admire most is how he simplifies deep knowledge and makes it accessible, helping people lead more balanced and conscious lives. That approach strongly resonates with my own work.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    I enjoy activities that bring calm and creativity into my life, such as gardening, art and craft, and home organizing and decoration. I also engage in mindful recreational activities and love traveling, as it helps me reconnect with myself and gain fresh perspectives.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    I once worked with someone who constantly felt overwhelmed and stuck, despite being capable. Through small, consistent steps—building self-awareness, introducing simple systems, and working on emotional clarity—they gradually started feeling more in control of their life. What stood out to me was not just their progress, but the moment they said, “I don’t feel dependent on others to feel okay anymore.” That shift is exactly why I do this work—it’s about helping people come back to their own strength.
