About Anahita
I help students discover their own unique yoga practice by promoting body awareness, increasing mobility, stimulating focus, and encouraging a mind-body connection. Teach different style of yoga classes like Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative. Different breathing techniques and meditation would be part of my class.
I am 200-Hour yoga alliance certified, Well-developed First aid and CPR skills to respond to emergencies and also I've graduated with B.S Applied Mathematics.

My passion is to help people to have their own practice as well as keeping them safe and align.
In My Hatha classes I would modify poses for different levels and cue the poses with details and different options, focus on student’s issues.
Vinyasa classes are more flowing and fast-paced link with breathing (Inhalation and exhalation).
My restorative classes are helping student to rich satvic balanced energy of mind and body with the few poses and heavy prop usage. Chakra talking in between help them to focus more and feel different part of their body.
